Responsibilities: Design

A group of people working with a faith-based organization on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia have come together to form Project 53, an effort to raise awareness and financial support for their area. The number 53 represents the amount of unreached people groups on the island, which makes it one of the least evangelized areas of the world. We were able to design a logo for them that illustrated the shape of the island, and used bright, island-inspired colors and a hand-drawn typeface to reflect the organic culture and energy of Sumatra.
